I know it’s a cultural thing, but as a European I never understood why the US doesn’t protect the identity of mentally ill people.
In medicine, the entire mental health part of a chart remains hidden unless there’s a mental health reason to break past that block. And since every click in medical charting is recorded, you’re not doing that for fun and keeping your job.
